Do the words honesty; integrity, respect, quality and service after the sale still have a place in business any more?  Well, they still have meaning in any type of business that I will be involved with.  My name is Wade Watts, President of Watts Wireless, Inc., allow me to explain to you what Watts Wireless, Inc. is, how I do business and what that means to you.

If my name sounds familiar to you, there is a good reason for this.  I have been involved with cellular and paging for the better part of 20 years, covering a gambit of responsibilities from customer service to retail sales.  Through all of these different phases of management maturation, I built each department on a foundation of honesty, integrity, respect, quality and service.  These terms are more than just words; they are a way of life for me and the only way I will run any organization that I am responsible for.

Well, I must have a charmed life because; I have been given another opportunity to create a world class refurbished cellular and pager sales organization.   Only this time instead of the sales manager I am the President.  This is a responsibility I have trained for and look forward to. 

If you are tired of unprofessional customer service, tired of sub-standard equipment, with no options on how to rectify the problem.  Tired of a slow bid process. Tired of sending your cell phones and pagers in for evaluation, then have those companies sit on your money.  Then it sounds like I am building a company for you.  I can’t guarantee that we won’t make a mistake, but I can guarantee that no one will work harder to make it right.
